PILATES EQUIPMENT CIRCUIT CLASSES

You’ll practice a bespoke exercise routine designed for your body’s specific needs with the guidance of your teacher (Todd). We will utilise various Pilates machines in each workout.

ASHTANGA YOGA

A led modified Primary Series utilising the Hatha Yoga postures and sequencing of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
